Collagraph Printmaking

Collagraph printmaking is the art of creating printing “plates” made from cardboard. Each artists creates an individual “plate” and can make multiple, unique prints in a variety of colors. Holiday Clay

Students will create a variety of fall and winter holiday themed projects out of clay. Projects will be glazed, fired and ready for pick up 2 weeks after last class. These masterpieces will make great gifts!
Creating with Clay
Children will explore the wonderful properties of ceramic clay while developing skills to create three dimensionally. Basic clay hand-building techniques will be taught, including coiling, slab, and pinch-pot. Imagination is encouraged! Students will glaze their sculptures and functional pieces with food-safe glazes. Fired projects will be ready for pick up 2 weeks after last class.
