Kimi Ceridon

Teaches at Brookline Adult & Community Education

Kimi Ceridon is an MIT-trained engineer and a chef—two disciplines that are natural partners as practical applications of scientific principles to produce things that bring happiness and enjoyment. Her approach to food, cooking and food-related interactions is to look at them through the lens of science and technology to find fundamentals that make better eater experiences. With both a MS in Mechanical Engineering and a MA in Gastronomy from Boston University, she focuses on creating innovative and well-designed eater experiences and interactions.

Kimi has a Chef’s Certificate, Artisan Cheese Certificate and ServSafe Manager Certification. She teaches workshops, raises awareness about local food, and demonstrates do-it-yourself techniques with numerous local organizations.
