Description

Every region of China has its own unique cuisine. In this class, you’ll learn to make classics from around the country. We will make dumplings, spring rolls, steamed whole fish with ginger and scallions, white cut chicken, and hand-pulled biang biang noodles.

School Notes:

We don't have any age restrictions on either our classes or events. We take people of all ages, but those under 21 years of age are not allowed to consume wine or any alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy

Tickets can be fully refunded up to a week before the class
If less than a week, you may reschedule or request a refund, with a $25 per ticket fee
If within 48 hours of class, there will be no refunds issued or rescheduling allowed (but tickets are transferable)
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
