Got an aspiring baker in the house? One who loves cupcakes, cookies, and muffins? This hands-on baking class will teach your kiddo the ins and outs of baking, with delicious lessons in both sweet and savory goodies
We will focus on a different lesson each week, along with basic baking skills: kitchen safety, knife skills, how to read a recipe, and how to measure ingredients, plus tips and hints that can be applied to any recipe – how to separate an egg, how to whip cream, checking for doneness, piping skills and more.
Your baking loving kiddo will learn how to bake successfully and safely, all while turning out terrifically delicious treats every week.
You will receive a packet with the recipe of the week, ingredient list, substitutions, dietary restriction accommodations and supplies needed the weekend prior to each class.

The Good Food Project was created because we believe that the best thing people can do to improve their health, their finances, and their overall well being, both for themselves and for those they love, is to learn to cook.
We have become a culture where it is more convenient not to cook, and no longer...
