Maxim is the Senior Experience Designer at nclud – focused on the visual conception and interface development for interactive products, he is also the brand evangelist for nclud to the industry, community, & their clients.

Previously, Maxim was the Interface Designer at Rosetta Stone. There he worked on the visual refresh of the entire product suite, helping the company's rebrand & its shift into newer markets (including mobile apps, which he designed).

Maxim loves the DC creative community and promotes all of its various individuals, clubs, & meetups through his group, DCUX. He also freelances as Reactional, using his background in visual conception and applied cognition to engineer human interactions with products, brands, & each other.
