Unleash your inner chef and embark on a culinary adventure with an exclusive private group cooking class! Whether you're a group of friends, family members, or colleagues, this hands-on cooking experience promises an unforgettable journey through the world of gastronomy.
In our Knife Skills event, learn to slice and dice like a pro. We discuss which knives you really need; how to hold a knife for efficiency, speed and safety; what it means to sharpen versus hone; how to use your honing steel; and a magical way to get the garlic smell off your fingers. We’ll make Couscous Salad with Roasted Vegetables, and Caramelized Pears from the fruits of your labor!
This event also comes with unlimited beer, wine & soft drinks, and can upgrade to a full bar for an additional cost. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated, please inquire when booking.
Event Itinerary:
- You and your group will arrive and we'll begin by getting everyone started with drinks!
- After 15 minutes, we'll gather everyone and discuss the menu, talking through the recipes in some detail
- We'll begin prep at our beautiful butcher block worktables
- We'll head to the kitchen and get cooking!
- Finally, we'll transform the classroom into a big communal table for everyone to enjoy the fruits of their labor together
