The day moves through self-reflection and intention-setting before opening into freeform abstract painting and mixed media exploration. The goal is to leave feeling refreshed and motivated to continue creating at home.
Detailed instructions and a materials list will be sent to you one week before the workshop. Some materials will be provided on the day. This workshop is open to all levels. If you are a beginner without supplies, materials can be provided for you.
