Daniel Sofer

Teaches at Los Angeles Center of Photography

Daniel Sofer (www.hermosawavephotography.com) has spent his life at the intersection of art and digital technology including music synthesizers, laser light shows, publishing, video, multimedia and for the past dozen years, web design and photography. He has built hundreds of websites and has embraced the rapid evolution of the web as it moved from html to tables to Flash to HTML5 and now responsive design for multiple devices. As a landscape and architecture photographer, Daniel Sofer has also exploited the synergy between design and photography; providing photography for design clients and designing websites for photographers. He puts these two specializations together as the webmaster of Adobe’s LA Lightroom User Group, LADIG and the Society for Motion Picture Still Photographers.
