Q&A

Q: Can I make up a class if I miss one?
A: No, make-up classes are not allowed since other classes may be full. Further, instructors are paid based on the number of students within their own classes, so attending a class outside your own is not allowed.

Q: What is the difference between this class and Drawing (Beginners)?
A:
The Getting Started courses are designed for the true beginner, someone who is interested in learning to draw, but might not be sure this is something they want to commit to long term and therefore may not want to invest in their own supplies. All of the supplies are provided in the class and is reflected in the price. Drawing (Beginners) is also a basic level course, but students are required to purchase their own supplies. This course is great for someone who is more serious about learning how to draw and is willing to invest in their own materials.

I thought that it was a great class. The only think to note is the the title is a bit misleading. It's more of an introduction to various drawing mediums (e.g. pencil, ink, charcoal) than to how to draw.
