Refund Policy
In-person Workshop Classes
- Refund policy – refunds less a 5% nonrefundable registration fee for deposits are given within 10 days after registration.
- If you cannot make your chosen date, your registration does not expire and it may be used at a future class date.
- If you wish to transfer from the original date a $60 transfer fee will be added to any enrollment of a future class.
The Ultimate Online Floral Class
- Due to potential copyright infringement, there are no refunds on the Ultimate Online Flower Design Class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
