What you'll learn in this lampworking class:

An introduction to creating colorful glass canes in flameworking. Make your own glass holiday decorations or gifts. By building up layers of colored and clear glass we will learn to pull shape and twist the glass into candy canes. Learn a traditional form of glass working in a untraditional way. A great technique to learn, it can be incorporated in to many other forms from solid to blown glass work. All skill levels welcome no previous experience needed.

Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS WILL BE GRANTED WITHIN ONE WEEK OF CLASS.
Enrollment cancellations are not entitled to a refund. Refunds will not be granted for any cancellations, transfers or changes made inside one week from the first day of class, or for withdrawals during class itself. Transfers(made outside of 14 days/2 weeks of class) are subjected to a 20% [of the original ticket price] fee. One Transfer Per Student, Per Class. Transfers may only be made into open classes, additional seats will not be added to full classes for transferred tickets.

Learn how to shape and control molten glass on the torch. In this one day class we will work by shifting from blown to solid forms. By applying color to the outside of a blown spheres and imploding them we can create pattern and form under a lens of clear. Beginners welcomed.
