Explore methods of printing portraits, still lifes, landscapes, and the body using linocut. In this course, you’ll learn about printmaking techniques used by Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, Emil Nolde, Katsushika Hokusai, and others, and develop your own printmaking style.

About Your Instructor:
Katrina is a freelance designer and artist based in Southern California. Currently, relief prints are her medium of choice but she also enjoys experimenting with other mediums and combining them together. After studying sociology and art at Beloit College, she aims to combine her artistic and sociological perspectives.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
