Cancellations made 2 or more days in advance will receive a full credit for a rescheduled date with this provider
----
The school operates on a credit only policy and does not issue any refunds unless otherwise advised and approved by a program director, or only in the event that the school must cancel the program. The credit can be redeemed for any program (and most services) at the school, can be used by any family member on your account, and carries no expiration date.
For a cooking class, a student needs to cancel 72 hrs before the class starts in order to receive a full credit.
For Studio Arts Classes, a student needs to cancel 48 hrs before the class starts in order to receive a full credit.
For programs that meet fewer than 3 times: during the costs and booking commitments associated with one or two-shoot programs, the school regrets that they cannot offer any school's credit for programs, classes, or events that meet fewer than three times per programming season. Additionally, the school cannot be responsible for providing make-ups or issuing any credit for programs missed as a result of personal scheduling conflicts, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond their control.
For programs that meet 3+ times: students may receive school's credit for withdrawal from a program when their cancellation request conforms to the timetable outlined below. There is a $15 processing fee for all transfers and cancellations. 50% school credit will be granted for withdrawal from a school program when a written request is received before the second class. After the second class, JCC credit cannot be granted. (however, students may transfer from one class to another of equal or lesser value if there is space availability and with the program director's approval.) All cancellation request must be submitted to CourseHorse at [email protected] Please allow three to four weeks for processing of your cancellation request and be mindful of the timetable described above.
MAKE-UP POLICY
If there are other sections to make up classes in, it should be okay, as long as it's not the first class.
