Description
What you'll learn in this quilting class:
By using two different sized "logs" you will learn how to create the allusion of a circle without a curved piece in sight.
The basic log cabin design has been around at least since ancient Egyptian times and has been modified in many ways. One of the most exciting variants is what Judy calls bending the log & others have named irregular log cabin, off-center log cabin, fat & skinny log cabin, etc. Great fun, easy piecing and designed for all abilities. Must know how to rotary cut & use a sewing machine.
Note: Supplies are not included in the fee. A supply list will be e-mailed to students 2 weeks before class; call (212) 729-4088 with any questions. Beginning one week before the first class, students receive a 15% discount on most merchandise in our store, not limited to what is relevant to the class.

Students may withdraw from a class up to 7 days before it starts, and receive a full refund less a $3.00 administrative fee; after that, refunds will only be made if a replacement student can be found. Please plan to attend all sessions; there are no make-up classes.
