Gluten insensitive (or know someone who is) but still love to celebrate special occasions with something sweet? A health fanatic with an addiction to exercise who still loves a dessert menu? All you have to do is show up with a hungry mind and an open stomach…or an open mind and a hungry stomach. Whichever!

Refund Policy
Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds
Notice over 10 business days:
- $20/person for rescheduling and cancellation & Gift Certificate/refund will offer for the cancellation.
Notice between 10 and 6 business days:
- $30/person for rescheduling and cancellation & only Gift Certificate will offer for the cancellation.
Notice between 5 and 4 business days:
- $40/person for rescheduling & no refund.
Less than 4 business days or No notice:
- No refund and please repurchase the ticket.
16 business days notice to reschedule a private party and the deposit is not refundable.

Your class may be canceled if too few people register. A decision will be made a few days before the class is scheduled to run, and you will be notified of the cancellation and your registration refunded.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Grain Free Baking
Most of the participants in the class found out about it through CourseHorse. We waited about 20 minutes for other participants who had signed up, which I wish we hadn't done (they were late! start without!), but that's more so feedback for the instructors. The class was held at Butter Lane, an adorable and accessibly venue in the LES. It was interactive and casual, and the teachers even brought wine, which was a great way to meld the class participants prior to starting time. All in all it was a good experience, and signing up with CourseHorse was a cinch. Will definitely be using it again in the future. Thanks!

Grain Free Baking
This baking class was fun! It was in a nice spot in the city next to a cupcake place and was very clean. Tea&Jam did a great job of having a comfortable intimate atmosphere and were so friendly. They introduced themselves and answered all our questions. The recipe was easy to follow and we all had a great time talking about healthy baking and each had a turn in doing the process. In the end the miscuits as they are called came out so delicious! I can't wait to attend thewir future classes!
