What you'll learn in this pastry class:

Tender, flaky, and buttery – just a few of the ways we hear perfect biscuits and scones described. Is it any wonder why we can’t keep our hands off them? Although not difficult to make, there are some simple secrets to making flaky biscuits and tender scones.

In this two and a half hour class, you will receive hands-on instruction from one of our skilled bakers on the techniques and tricks for making these tea-time treats. You’ll learn to make cream biscuits, fruit scones, and vanilla shortbread.

After your everything is out out of the oven, you'll sit down to enjoy your freshly baked goodies with a nice cup of coffee or tea along with our organic jams and spreads. Not to worry, there will still be plenty left over to take home and share
School Notes: Please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early to class as we start right on time. In addition, please walk directly into the bakery and not the restaurant.
If you must cancel or reschedule class please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
