What you'll learn in this pie class:

In this class, we will make and learn the difference between three fabulous pie toppings: Crumb pies, Cobblers and Crisps.

We will make Apple Pie with Rosemary Caramel and Buttermilk Cobbler, a Classic Blueberry Crumb Pie and a Strawberry and Apricot Crisp and a unique Rhubarb, Blackberry Almond Cobbler - where we actually bake the fruit right into the cobbler!!!

This class is not to be missed.

At 6:45, we will be ready to greet you with appetizers, aprons and recipes. All classes start promptly at 7pm, although late arrivals may join in at any point of the class. All classes include in depth instruction, pie tastings and wine!

All you need to bring is yourself.

If you cancel fewer than 24 hours before the start of a class, withdraw once the class begins, or do not show up for any reason, you will:

Forfeit the full amount of your payment.
You may, however, send someone in your place or to receive recipes.
