School Notes:
Upon arrival, please be seated in the area marked “RESERVED FOR BAKING CLASS” that is directly outside of the classroom. The Instructor will gather all students when the class is to begin. Please do not walk into the classroom until called.

- Class credit will be issued for any notice given 4-13 days before the scheduled class date (students can attend class at a later date when there is space available).

Hi Christina! The class includes, but is not limited to: mixing a pie dough by hand and then using the dough to shape and assemble crostata and galette.

Chef Dawn did an excellent job walking the group through each step and teaching us new ways to make the dough and each pastry. She was very patient in answering each student’s questions, and the results were very tasty!

Another great class with Chef Dawn! Seasonal pies and tarts is a wonderful introduction to making your own pies from scratch. Dawn can answer all of your questions and relieve all of your concerns. We made a mini pie, galettte, and crostini, all of which turned out great and we got to take home. We also had a nice tea time to taste our treats and a lovely breakfast at the bakery before the class. I highly recommend Chef Dawn and all of her classes. She is very professional, kind and fun!
