What you'll learn in this pasta making class:

Calling all pasta lovers! Know how to make fresh pasta by hand? Join us as we learn all the tips & tricks to turn you into a regular pasta aficionado. We’ll share our super delicious and easy signature pasta recipe, plus tons of tricks to make all those pasta shapes you love to eat. Learn to knead, roll and shape pasta along with a delicious homemade sauce and perfectly filled raviolis. 

Bring your friends and your favorite wine for a fun-filled pasta experience!

Menu:

  • ​Fresh Fettuccine Pasta
  • Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli
  • Hand-folded Spinach Ricotta Ravioli
  • Rustic Tomato Sauce

This menu is vegetarian & BYOB.

You'll work together in teams of 4 to 5 per table to create our culinary masterpiece. If you're coming solo or with a plus one, get ready to meet some great new friends!

Refund Policy

Note: This provider has a temporary cancellation policy for COVID-19 related cancellations which is as follows:

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full account credit for them to reschedule to a later date.

Original cancellation policy (non-COVID-19):

Registrations are non-refundable. Cancellation notice must be received by email 48 hours prior to the start time of your event to receive kitchen credit, less a 10% cancellation fee. For multi-day camps and semesters, cancellation notice must be received 48 hours prior to the first day of the registered series to receive credit for the entire series; we are not able to offer partial cancellations or makeup classes for individual sick days that are missed. Kitchen credits expire 6 months from the date of your request. 

No refunds or kitchen credits will be issued when fewer than 48 hours notice is provided. Taste Buds Kitchen is unable to make exceptions to this policy for scheduling conflicts, last-minute illnesses or no shows. If you cannot attend your event for any reason, you are always welcome to send a friend in your place, and we hope that you do! If you registered via CourseHorse, you must send your cancellation request to [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]e.com> within 48-hours of the class start time to receive a credit.

Please note that the confirmation email students receive from CourseHorse is not the official confirmation email from the school, and that students are not guaranteed to be enrolled into the class they’ve registered until they receive the confirmation email from Taste Buds Kitchen.

Is this class suitable for vegetarians?

Yes! We made meatless red sauce, spinach raviolis, and butternut raviolis. No meat in any of the recipes. (For vegans, olive oil and butter was used.)

Maybe. Depends on how strict you are. Eggs are used in the pasta recipe. Also dairy products(cheese) are used in the fillings of the ravioli.

We only used vegetarian ingredients, so yes it is suitable for vegetarians. We used cheese, so it would not be ideal for lactose intolerant or vegans.

Class was so much fun. Got to make a few different types of pasta, learned about techniques and got hands on practice. Didn't like the sauce we had with the pasta though.
