Fun and learning experience. Thought it would be more individually base vs group based

Chef Nora was very nice and thoroughly explained step by step how to prepare our rolls. She was very accommodating and a great host! It was a fun learning experience.

The food could have been much better quality. The only appetizing fish was the tuna and the miso soup. There was a mix-up with the sake; our registration indicated that sake was included. We had to ask for it and the 3 of us were given 1/2 of an open bottle to share. The chef was knowledgeable and nice. However, he referred to some problems with registration and what’s included or not included re: sake. The overall experience, while enjoyable, did not measure up to the $130 per person price.

It was a lot of fun and the food was delicious! The chefs were very knowledgeable and patient. What we did in class didn't exactly match the recipes that were emailed later. Also, I would have liked more info about what to look for when purchasing ingredients and tools, more troubleshooting tips. I would have also liked to see all the steps for making the miso soup, like adding the tofu, seaweed, and green onions.
