Had fun at this class, but the format wasn't conducive to actually learning how to create the recipes from start to finish. It was like 15 people all making one big batch recipe at the same time, so you only get to do a little part. I wish they had you work in pairs or smaller groups to make everything. Food was delicious!

The class was great! Informative and fun - a good group of people and a very good instructor. I learned how to make several dishes that I can now cook at home! The only thing was that it got really smoky in that kitchen with all the burners going and things being cooked. I had a bit of a chest cold and felt a little smoked out after but otherwise ... a great experience!

Class fun and the staff was very hospitable. Food was very tasty. My only criticism would be that I think they could spend more time ensuring that students internalize the recipe (and learn all the names of the dishes and ingredients) and the history behind the food.
