Rescheduling is allowed with 2 weeks prior notice, however, there is a $10 transfer fee per seat rescheduled. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, feel free to send a friend in your place.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
