What you'll learn in this dessert class:

The preparation of the mille-feuille includes the special folding technique, making a light custard cream, and of course, baking.

Students will also learn to make madeleines, the traditional French accompaniment to your tea or coffee.  

Please Note:

  • All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
  • The price is good for 2 guests -- you only need to checkout 1 seat per pair/couple. You only need to use one name per pair/couple on the checkout page.
  • Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time. Class will start promptly at listed time.

It was fun and we learned a lot. The teacher was great, but we noticed sometimes she went from table to table and thus taught everything 3 times. Maybe there should be a central area to teach so she doesn't have to re-teach.
