What you'll learn in this dessert class:

One of France's national treasures, 'Le Soufflé' can seem like an impossible dream outside of a professional kitchen.

Never fear, in this two and a half hour hands-on baking class, you'll master the skills to create your very own light and airy soufflés and fresh apple tarts at home!

Each student will enjoy their own chocolate soufflé on-site and will bring home their own apple tart to savor and share at home!

Please Note:

  • All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
  • This is a 2 and 1/2 hour hands-on class.
  • Students work in groups of 4 (maximum).
  • BYOB: All events are "Bring Your Own Bottle”.
  • Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time. Class will start promptly at listed time.

If students are requesting to reschedule or class credit, 7 days notice is required. 

If cancellation is received 5 days before the class, student may receive refund less $25 cancellation fee or full class credit. 

No refund or reschedule if less than 5 days notice. 

Full refund if Atelier Sucre cancels the class.
