What you'll learn in this macaron class:

This class will give you a real hands-on session in cooking and baking macaron.

You will learn about the theory of the macaron and spend around 3 hours preparing and baking. Everyone will also enjoy a free macaron tasting!

Note: We need 5-6 people to host the class and if this number have not been reach will have to cancel the class. 
A 100% refund, less a $25 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise, unless the class is canceled by French'Encas. In this event, 100% of the class cost and fees will be refunded.

The class was great. It was a hands on class which was what I wanted. Everyone got to try to make their own macarons under the chef's guidance. The chef was very knowledgeable, answered all questions and time was managed excellently. I can now make macarons having attended this class. Overall it was fun and I recommend this class strongly to anyone looking to learn a lot in a short span of time.
