We are incredibly excited to team our new pop divas dance cardio program with Lastics' proven stretch technique!
In this class, you'll receive 30 minutes of easy to follow cardio warm ups set to songs of your favorite pop divas. Then, you'll move directly into another 30 minutes of stretching led by a certified Lastics instructor.
Our objectives are simple: Warm your muscles and stretch them out!
