Our philosophy has always been: “When life is good it flows, go with it,” and that motto has guided us from our earliest beginnings on Plaza Street in Leesburg, VA almost 12 years ago.
The team at Flow aims to make people happier and healthier through the practice of yoga. All are welcome–from the absolute beginner to the more advanced practitioner. We offer a wide variety of classes that can suit your mood, energy level and schedule.
