What you'll learn in this kids swimming class:

Over the course of this class, swimmers are beginning to get comfortable in the water and get ready to learn how to submerge and exhale. They learn to float prone and supine without floats; to push and glide from the wall; to kick front crawl and backcrawl with rhythmic breathing.

The Benefits of Swimming: It is a perfect activity for improving Aerobic Fitness, Flexibility, Body Strength, Muscle Tone and Coordination. Swimming in particular is an injury free sport. It’s relaxation and stress relief – improving Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD) and improves focus. Build up Self Monitoring, Tempo Control and Reinforce ability.

Please note: Dates may fluctuate depending on holidays.

No class fees are refundable after the 1st day of class. All missed classes must be made up within the session. No classes will carry over into the next semester.
