Refund:

Because JP Linguistics is a language service provider, we cannot offer refunds on services. However, in the instance of group classes, JP Linguistics will offer course credit towards private instruction at the request of a refund.

Cancellation:

Group Classes: 
Refund for Group Classes must be requested one week before class start date. A class credit can be issued in some cases to be used for a later class, depending on availability.

Private Lessons: 
To cancel or change an appointment, a notice must be received by 5pm the day before your class or by Friday before 4pm for a Monday class. An appointment can only be cancelled and rescheduled once. Failure to
properly request for cancellation or change of appointment will result in being charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
