Whether you are a seasoned writer experiencing a block or someone who has simply dreamed of writing and not yet put the pen to page, this Relax & Write™ workshop is a perfect opportunity to jumpstart your process.
Over the course of the day you will learn how to use deep relaxation, guided meditation, and sensory awareness as a means of dropping deeply into the creative unconscious, opening to the rich well of expression that lies beneath the surface.
In a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere, Maia will gently guide you to your own source—the creative soul that is your birthright. You will return home refreshed, renewed, unblocked and with words on the page!
