What you'll learn in this self improvement class:

Integrating techniques from the fields of clinical hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and cognitive, behavioral, and energy psychologies, as well as the latest research in neuroscience and mindbody medicine, this class offers a comprehensive and hands-on experience. We will learn 10 quick, easy-to-use but powerfully sophisticated techniques to short circuit every type of anxiety.
We will discover that we can bring the unconscious patterns behind anxiety and fear into our conscious awareness and literally rewire our brains and re-condition our responses to free ourselves of our oppressive habituated patterns.

For Single Evening Events, Series, Half-Days and Mini-Workshops, Walking Tours, Single-Event Webinars or O’Cast™ Recordings, there are no refunds or course credits for these offerings.

- Refunds are available minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 11 business days prior to the first day of the program.
- Course credits are available, minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 3 business days prior to the first day of the program.
*The processing fee for cancellation is $15 for programs costing less than $250, and $35 for programs costing $250 and up.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than 3 business days prior to the first day of a program, or if a student does not attend a program. The estimated refund processing time is two to three weeks.
