What you'll learn in this self improvement class:
Rising Strong™, is a new workshop based on Brené Brown's newest book. It is based on the simple physics of vulnerability: If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall. This curriculum is about what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and and the clearest path to a wholehearted life.

All materials are included in the cost of the workshop
Requirements:
It is not required, though it is helpful to familiarize yourself with Brené Brown's book - Rising Strong as you do the work

Refund Policy
There will be a $100 cancellation fee per person up to 48 hours prior to the start of the first class. If you need to cancel thereafter, you may apply the remaining credit towards a future workshop.
