What you'll learn in this hip hop dance class:
Description of Series
Emara Grainger is expanding her signature Afrobics class into a high energy, high impact AFROCARDI PARTY Workshop that fuses African dance and strength training to make you SWEAT for the culture. Each week, we will continue the fun next door at Spritzenhaus for a happy hour with specialty drinks created only for Afrocardi Party-goers.
Following the one hour class, guests will move to Spritzenhaus to enjoy a happy hour cocktail together, different cocktails each week! Please note, this is a 21+ event and ID will be required.
Week 1: Twerk & Tone
WHAT’S BETTER THAN THE OPPORTUNITY TO TWERK? The opportunity to twerk and tone. In this class, you will learn how to twerk while sculpting and toning your glutes and core with Emara.
Week 2: Afrobeats & Abs
Take a trip to Africa while targeting your abs from each and every angle possible.
Week 3: 90's Party
We are taking it back to back to the 90’s! SWEAT to top 90’s hits and please get creative and wear your best 90’s workout gear!
Week 4: Santa's Helpers
Santa will need a lot of help this holiday season and we will be fit for the job! In this class we will sweat to all your favorite Christmas tunes and lift our spirits and energy to help Santa spread holiday cheer this season!
