Solo Singing Level 1 - Adults/Teens (4-Week Course)

All styles and levels welcome!  This class focuses on breathing and voice technique to improve your singing skills and develop your musical style. A fun and informative class which focuses on breathing, vocal technique and developing your ability to sing and perform your song. Each class starts with singing scales and warm ups with piano. Exercises  are designed for students to find their natural voice by working on their breath control, pitch, resonance, articulation, and vocal phrasing. Our class continues with applying these techniques to each student’s singing style and concludes with performance training at the last class. At the conclusion of this course, students may either repeat the course or move to the next level.

A fun and supportive mini-course where students get vocal training, choose and learn a song and perform in a showcase setting with live mic. This is a great course for those who wish to master a song at a time to perform live, showcase or just sing karaoke. All classes start with breathing and vocal warmups with piano. Group and individual instruction is given. Total beginners to intermediate level are welcomed. To build on your performance skills or expand your set list, retaking the course is encouraged.

We encourage repeating this mini course with a new song or two each cyle.
