What you'll learn in this communications course:
This 4-half day workshop emphasizes workplace communication in regards to active listening, clarifying, and using feedback to insure understanding. It also introduces powerful communication techniques that students can easily implement.
Course Requirements:
Course Requirements:
- Pass Placement Exam ($10 fee)
- 18+ years and older
- High School Diploma/Equivalent or Greater
Refund Policy
All applications for refunds must be made in writing.
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the school has canceled a course.
Refunds are calculated from the date we receive your written request.
- 6 business days before the first class meeting, the refund is 95% of tuition.
- Before the second class meeting the refund is 75% of tuition.
- Thereafter, no refunds will be granted for any reason.
Registration, application and material fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds on one-day or two-day courses once they have begun. Non-attendance of classes does not exclude the student from the rules of this policy.
