Hi, what is photo slicing mean? Besides the color correction, what else will be covered in a 1-day class?

Hi Irina! Slicing is often used so that you can export sections of a design or image from Photoshop and save smaller file sizes. It is often used for the web and emails. I'll send the complete syllabus to your email. Thank you.

Hi, can I learn photoshop and editing on my android phone? I don't have any other equipment, and I use my phone for everything

Hi Irina! The school will have computers here for students to use in class. To practice what they teach in class, it is recommended that students have a computer with Adobe Photoshop installed. There are phone apps that can be used for photo editing - and some of the concepts from the class will apply to photo editing on a phone, however, it’s not how they teach the class. Hope this helps!

For the photoshop class in one day, do we bring our own laptops with PS installed? When do we break for lunch? I’d be coming from out of town and need to make arrangements. How long is the sale on for? Thank you

Hi there! No need to bring your laptop. Laptop/PCs will be provided in the class. Each computer is loaded with software. Lunch break is around 1 PM. The enrollment for this class is open until 2019-06-06 7 PM.

Second half of the class moved a little too quickly

I both learned a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed this workshop, and I would advise others with a graphic design and photography interest to take it. I went in as a true beginner, although some of the other participants were far more experienced. The class covers a great deal of material and students go home with a binder giving detailed step by step directions for each project that was covered...so no note taking is necessary during the class. A great bonus! Dan, our instructor, was extremely patient and thorough in his explanations and very attentive and helpful to each student. Be aware that taking the class allows you to retake it without additional cost!
