What you'll learn in this programming class:

Learn how to code using Scratch to control electronic pieces and create new gadgets like stoplights and burglar alarms. We will be using laptops to do our coding and learn how computers can tell robotic pieces what to do.  

This will be a limited series only for the summer, and unfortunately children cannot take the robotic components home.

School Notes: NYPL walk-in classes may be subject to last-minute changes or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Though such cancellations are rare, we encourage students to call the branch location on the day of the event/class and reconfirm before traveling.
