    I really enjoyed the class .The instructor did a good job demonstrating each step to help us follow the recipe . He also gave us a lot of his professional tips which were really helpful. The results were amazing and our paella dish was delicious!

    Chef had the wrong time so he showed up 1/2 hour late for scheduled class. He was EXTREMELY apologetic and got started right away. He was very versed in teaching, patient with questions and quite knowledgeable in adapting the recipe for smaller or larger portions. I really enjoyed his energy, knowledge and ease of working virtually. I would sign up for another of his classes. 4 stars just because of the late start. Chef was awesome!

    I loved the class! Was a very insightful and fun experience. Our instructor was lovely. My only feedback is that we were not given all of the ingredients to fully participate. We were only given the ingredient list for the dough and the margherita pizza.

    It was a little difficult to follow the class virtually. In addition since we all have different types of rice, everything was cooking at different speeds so it was a little confusing. The teacher did a good job of trying to make it work, and the Paella turned out to be amazing, but it was a little bit confusing overall.

    I loved this class! Chef Daniel was a great teacher, and was very patient with teaching a virtual class of people from all over (who were all working with different ingredients). The end result was a super delicious paella that we really really enjoyed eating. We’ll be making it again. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the recipe wasn’t really nailed down until the day of the class, which made it tough to secure some ingredients or find subs for others, which is sort of difficult at the current moment (April 2020). All worked out in the end, just that teeny bit of feedback for the future. Thank you, Chef Daniel!
