In addition, Sarah joyfully prepares gourmet raw and cooked vegan food for private clients and provides vegan and raw preparation demonstrations and cooking classes for home-based parties and corporate events. Sarah has consulted by restaurants in NYC, Bali, and Singapore, designing menus focused on seasonal local flavors.
