Tekserve is proud of our roots. Founded in 1987 as a service provider and retailer to support the fledgling Apple brand, today we are New York City’s only Apple Premium service provider.
In the past three decades, our solutions have become broader and more brand agnostic, but it is our ability to assess, employ, and deliver just the right products and services to meet a new landscape of technology requirements and challenges that has built our reputation. Building our business as the advances, demands, and integration of technology have evolved has given us the perfect opportunity to understand and meet the needs of individuals and major corporations with equal insight and experience. At our flagship store on 23rd street, we stock a wide variety of Mac configurations, hardware, and accessories.
We also offer rentals, workshops, and support to a loyal customer base. While technology solutions comprise more than half of Tekserve’s efforts, service remains at the heart of our firm. But service has taken on a far more creative definition, as we not only manage, but design and configure the deployment of technology—in ways we barely imagined only a few years ago. We have customized and deployed one of the largest iPad fleets in the world and helped the most meticulous luxury retailers revise their selling, inventory, and communications. At the highest levels, we’ve managed broadcast and film post-production for media clients around the world. For 26 years, we have continuously developed proprietary practices that are flexible and robust, as well as reliable, rigorous, and exacting enough to set new industry standards.
