MJ exceeded all expectations as a teacher. I was nervous to start casting, but as soon as I got over it, she helped me complete every project I had in mind-- plus a few more. She and the TA managed to make sure everyone was on the right track, but never in a rushed or overcomplicated way. I'm really glad I took this class. The possibilities of what someone can make in this class, and also what they can expand on from this class, are really vast.

I couldn't recommend this course or it's instructor more, my apprehension of soldering has turned to confidence. Hats off to M.J. Tyson and Brooklyn Metal Works.
