Bryan Schneider

Bryan Schneider is a professional bar and cocktail veteran of 15 years based in New York City.

He has tended bar at some of the most notable New York establishments including Brooklyn's Clover Club & Michelin starred restaurant Daniel, and he is currently the bar director for the Quality Branded group, where he has overseen the cocktail programs for their 12 restaurants nationally including Quality Meats, Quality Italian, and Quality Eats.

Bryan and his cocktail recipes have appeared in publications such as The New York Times, Esquire, Time Out and Forbes.

Bryan's philosophy is simple; a good cocktail is like a good joke . . . refreshing, and easy to swallow!
