The class was great. Loved all the soups. They are perfect to cook for the winter. It is very easy and simple to do and the instructor she did great explaining and providing details.

I liked this class as the instructor and class assistants could not have been more pleasant. Please be aware if you are looking for a class where you participate in cooking every menu item this is not it. Instead everyone is assigned one recipe and then proceed. For those who are cooking beginniners this admittedly is not the best format since its helpful to observe cooking technique for as many recipes as possible. Thankfully, recipes were easy. Some came out well while others didnt (lasagna) - however, I know Ill be recreating at least several.
