Sandra Lotti

Teaches at La Scuola at Eataly Flatiron

Sandra Rosy Lotti is the chef-owner and managing director of Toscana Saporita Cooking School and frequently contributes to Italy's most prestigious cooking magazines. She is known throughout Italy for her cookbooks on Tuscan regional cuisine and is a contributing editor for Intermezzo Magazine. In New York City, Lotti has appeared at The James Beard Foundation House, The French Culinary Institute, La Cucina Italiana and Degustibus Cooking School. Lotti was also a guest of Food Maven Arthur Schwartz when she joined him on "Food Talk" radio WOR 710 AM. Lotti has had the honor to work with stellar chefs Mario Batali, Gary Rhodes, Dieter Schorner, and Donato de Santis. The BBC, thanks to Gary Rhodes, has aired Lotti's program and Toscana Saporita Cooking School will be featured on PBS with Mary Ann Esposito.
