Deborah Czeresko

Teaches at Brooklyn Glass

Deborah Czeresko is a glassblower and caster whose work focuses on sculptural installations, couture lighting, and art fabrication. She began working in glass in 1987. Her technical influences include studies with maestros Lino Tagliapietra, Pino Signoretto, Elio Quarisa, and Dino Rosin. She holds an MFA from Tulane University and a BA from Rutgers University and has taught at Pilchuck Glass School, UrbanGlass, Parsons,NYU and Brooklyn Glass. Deborah is a recent recipient of the Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center fellowship. Her work is represented by Site Specific Art (www.sitespecificart.com).
