Elizabeth was introduced to the Alexander Technique at Washington University in St. Louis, where she received her bachelor’s degree. Since 1993, when she completed her training at the American Center for the Alexander Technique, Elizabeth has maintained a private practice in Englewood, NJ. She has taught in Austria, Japan and Switzerland and has produced the self-help CD Moving Mindfully. In 2003, Elizabeth earned a master’s degree in social work from Fordham University and has specialized in working with trauma.
