Adina has been practicing yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2012. She received her 200-hour certification in Hatha Yoga at Brooklyn Yoga School in 2012, where she has been teaching ever since. She has also completed a 120-hour training in Vinyasa Yoga at Urban Flow in San Francisco, and recently completed the Yoga for 12-Step Recovery Training with Nikki Myers.
She is currently undertaking the year-long teacher training in Meditation and Secular Buddhist Studies at NYC's Interdependence Project. She is profoundly grateful for her many teachers, and looks forward to encountering all those still in her path.
