Yuliana Kim-Grant completed her first 200 hour training under Andrea Borrero and Matt Giordano. Since then she completed her Advanced 300 hour training at Pure Yoga under the guidance of Andrea Borrero and Miles Borrero. She has studied anatomy with Kristin Leal, Restorative and Yoga Nidra with Mona Anand and Gina Menza.
She is currently working to complete the 800 Hour Prema Yoga Therapeutics Program under Dana Slamp. Her passion and commitment to therapeutics yoga has led her to work for Kula for Karma as a New York City Program Director. Her Vinyasa class combines a strong and creative flow with an emphasis on alignment, focused breathing, and rediscovering the playfulness in each of us. She believes passionately in providing a space for her students to find stillness in their minds, freedom in their bodies, and perhaps healing what is meant to be healed.
As a professional novelist she writes for the love of story and discovery. As a yoga student and teacher, she practices and teaches for the love of the discoveries made on the mat that help to make sense of the endless stories within all of us.
