David Doan

David Doan is the Vice President of Young Talent in the Theatrical Department at CESD Talent Agency in NYC. As a Theatrical Agent, David books young actors on TV, Film, and Theater projects for the company.  He has been working in the business for more than 20 years.  He was previously the head of the Theatrical Department at Generation TV, a Talent Manager at J. Mitchell Management, and also a Casting Director for Nickelodeon where he helped cast pilots including "Victorious" and "Big Time Rush."  He was also nominated for a 2012 Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Casting for an Animated Series or Special for Nick Jr.’s "Bubble Guppies."  His passion for developing and successfully breaking out young performers was recognized in Variety Magazine’s 2015 Youth Impact Report where he was profiled alongside of the industry’s top talent, musicians, agents, and influencers.  And in 2019 David was honored with a Heller Award for NE Youth Agent of the Year by the Talent Managers Association.
