Gabi Nail

Teaches at The Vocal Lab and Music School

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Gabi caught the music bug at an early age and began performing in musicals at age seven, starting vocal training and dance studies at age twelve. Gabi attended the Academy of Music and Performing Arts at Hamilton High School, where she spent her four years singing with the vocal jazz choir, performing in musicals, and furthering her dance training. Outside of high school Gabi volunteered as a choreographer and dance teacher at Calle Mayor Middle School in Torrance.

After graduating from high school, Gabi moved to Waltham, MA to double-major in Theater Arts and Environmental Studies at Brandeis University. She went on to perform in a number of musicals and straight plays while singing in the “oldies” a cappella group, Company B. She graduated in May of 2018 summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa and received high honors for her thesis, a play she wrote inspired by the issues of climate change.

Gabi moved to New York in June of 2018 to pursue a career in performance. She’s currently a student in the Two-Year Actor’s Training Program at the William Esper Studio where she takes classes in the Meisner Acting Technique.
